Requirements
- Ability to work both independently or under direction as the job requires.
- Good Manual dexterity
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- U.S. work authorization required.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or painting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Test painted parts for conformance to Customer specifications.
- Operating oven for curing painted parts.
- Remove primed or painted parts from racking.
- Touch-up primed or painted parts.
- Back-up for masking or de-masking as required.
- Learn production flow through Paint Department.
- Read and follow detailed work instructions, operating procedures, drawings and blueprints.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Assist in other paint functions when needed.
