About The Position

Calling all fishing enthusiasts with a passion for people and influence! As the Assistant Manager, Pro Staff & Influencers, you’ll help connect our brands with the anglers and creators who shape the sport. From building authentic relationships to supporting influencer strategy, you’ll play a key role in amplifying our presence both on and off the water. What will you do? Support and manage relationships with pro staff and influencer partners Help identify, recruit, and onboard anglers and creators aligned with our brand Use data, social insights, and fishing knowledge to evaluate and optimize partnerships Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to align on key initiatives Assist in executing campaigns through content coordination and product seeding Support storytelling efforts through our network of anglers and creators Help build long-term strategies to grow influence across platforms Ensure partnerships reflect brand voice across freshwater and saltwater communities

Requirements

  • Passion for fishing and a strong understanding of the angling community
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, influencer management, or related fields
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify authentic influence and emerging creators
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer trends
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • A relationship-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fishing and understanding of both freshwater and saltwater segments
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creativity paired with strategic thinking
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact
