The Assistant Manager, Performance Media will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of all performance media campaigns across key digital channels, including paid social, paid search, and affiliate for Gucci Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil). This role is responsible for end-to-end campaign management-from pre-launch preparation and in-flight optimization to post-campaign analysis-with the ultimate goal of driving awareness, traffic, and revenue for Gucci.com and Gucci retail stores. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, data-driven, and brand-compliant.
