About The Position

Software Finder is seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to support and scale paid acquisition for its B2B software discovery and lead-generation marketplace. This highly hands-on and ownership-focused role is responsible for managing substantial advertising budgets, optimizing lead quality, improving conversion funnels, and driving measurable revenue growth across multiple software categories.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of hands-on performance-marketing experience, with a strong focus on PPC and lead-generation campaigns.
Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising accounts with monthly spends of USD 100,000 or more.
Advanced expertise in Google Ads, including Search campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding models, campaign structures, and optimization.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns through Meta Ads.
Proven success in increasing revenue and ROAS while reducing cost per lead and acquisition costs.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, landing-page optimization, CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
Practical experience implementing and managing conversion tracking and attribution.
Experience managing multi-channel and multi-category advertising portfolios.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
Commercial understanding of lead quality, sales conversion, and revenue attribution.
Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Hands-on proficiency with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio

Understanding of complex B2B customer journeys and lead-conversion cycles.
Experience collaborating with SDR, business development, and sales teams to improve lead quality.

Experience building automated reports and executive dashboards in Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search and Meta Ads.
Own the complete campaign lifecycle, including campaign ideation, setup, keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, A/B testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding USD 100,000, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and software categories.
Improve key performance indicators, including cost per lead, cost per converted lead, conversion rates, revenue, and return on ad spend.
Optimize conversion funnels across the customer journey, including ad click to lead, page view to lead, and lead to converted opportunity.
Lead landing-page optimization and conversion rate optimization initiatives through structured experimentation and A/B testing.
Write compelling and conversion-focused text ads and ad copy aligned with campaign objectives.
Implement, manage, and validate conversion tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Analyze multi-channel and multi-category campaign performance to identify opportunities for scaling, cost reduction, and revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with SDR and sales teams to assess lead quality through call outcomes, email activity, and conversion feedback.
Refine targeting, messaging, keywords, and campaign structures based on lead-quality and sales-conversion insights.
Build performance dashboards and prepare reports highlighting results, trends, learnings, risks, and recommended actions.
Present campaign performance, commercial insights, and growth recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Stay informed about platform updates, competitor activity, market trends, and emerging performance-marketing practices.
