Simply put, we help support the people who help people get jobs. We are seeking an Assistant Payroll Manager to support our US payroll operations. You'll work closely with the Payroll Manager, contributing to the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for our US employees. This role is ideal for someone with a proven payroll background who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to a dynamic team.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
Payroll experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

Help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, with correct tax payments.
Support payroll approvals and maintain a controlled and compliant process.
Assist with payroll compliance, reporting, and reconciliations.
Partner with HR to align payroll with benefits and deductions.
Respond to employee payroll questions and support audit requests.
Contribute to process improvements, system updates, and vendor coordination.
