About The Position

At F45 Training Coral Springs West and Hopson Health & Wellness Center, we’re building more than a gym—we’re building a community focused on transformation, energy, and longevity. We combine high-performance group training with cutting-edge recovery and wellness services including red light therapy, cryotherapy, sauna, compression, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and growth-minded Assistant Manager / Owner’s Assistant to help take both businesses to the next level. This is a hybrid leadership + operations + sales role working directly with the owner. You’ll be involved in: Daily operations of both F45 and Hopson Health, Team leadership and accountability, Membership growth and sales, Client experience and retention, Assisting with marketing, events, and promotions. This is not a clock-in, clock-out job — this is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role and be part of something bigger.

  • Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or sales (preferred)
  • Management or leadership experience is a plus

  • Flexible schedule (some early mornings, evenings, weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of both locations
  • Help manage staff schedules, performance, and culture
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Ensure systems and SOPs are followed
  • Drive membership sales (F45 + Hopson Health)
  • Conduct tours, consultations, and follow-ups
  • Help implement promotions and conversion strategies
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics
  • Deliver a high-level, concierge-style experience
  • Build relationships with members and clients
  • Handle questions, concerns, and retention efforts
  • Assist with projects, organization, and execution
  • Help implement new ideas, systems, and offers
  • Be a right-hand in scaling both businesses
