Making Opportunity Count (MOC) aims to empower families to achieve economic security by eliminating barriers and creating opportunities. MOC alleviates poverty by delivering a variety of services including childcare, education, workforce development, nutrition, health, and community and housing support. The Assistant Manager of Shelter Case Management is responsible for supporting the case management and client services of various shelters across North Central Massachusetts. This role provides a constant presence for families residing at the Shelter by ensuring their needs are met. Working in coordination with the Shelter Manager and under the supervision of the Director of Shelter Case Management, the position always provides a professional presence, offering guidance and supervision to the case management team, ensuring families receive quality case management services and the program's compliance with EOHLC Shelter Scope of Services. This role is predominantly located in the MA Metro area.
