About The Position

Join our team as an Assistant Manager of Home Support! Do what you love…without the travel. All of our clients live within our gated retirement community and are within walking distance. As the Assistant Manager of Home Support, you play a key role in delivering high‑quality private duty services while supporting daily operations, growth initiatives, and community engagement. This position collaborates on marketing, public relations, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional service standards and full regulatory compliance. This role has direct supervisory responsibility for home care staff, including Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Home Care Aides. The Assistant Manager supports staff performance, scheduling, training, and development to maintain high service standards and continuity of care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Private Duty, Healthcare, or Senior Living required
  • Previous supervisor experience or have demonstrated progressive responsibilities in previous roles
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a diverse workforce, fostering inclusion, teamwork, and high performance
  • Effective conflict resolution skills, addressing challenges professionally to achieve fair and constructive outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the management and operations of the community private duty services and care to residents to include clinical, regulatory, quality, and financial standards
  • Participating in marketing the agency, public relations, growth while meeting the community’s quality of service standards and resident expectations
  • Ensuring the agency has sufficient qualified staff and partners with the Human Resources department for recruitment, selection, and retention of all employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations

Benefits

  • Compensation: $63,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience plus eligibility for annual bonus
