This is a great career opportunity in an ideal location! The Assistant Community Manager assumes the Community Manager's supervisory responsibilities in his/her absence. They will assist in the training and development of the team and assist in employee work schedules. The role involves reviewing daily rent recommendations to maximize income, collecting rent, and implementing legal action for delinquencies. Responsibilities also include processing invoices, reconciling security deposits, reviewing move-in/move-out files for accuracy, and completing weekly and monthly financial reports. The Assistant Community Manager will also assist in resolving resident conflicts and adhering to company and property policies.
