We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Middle Office team to oversee operations supporting trading desks across various products. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
4+ years of experience in middle office / operations or trade support within a financial institution.
Strong understanding of equity, fixed income and derivative products, trade lifecycle, and risk management principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee middle office operations supporting trading desks across equity, fixed income and derivatives products.
Partner with both internal and external stakeholders for Periodic NAV and P&L Review.
Ensure trade capture accuracy, lifecycle event monitoring, and timely settlement of trades.
Implement and enhance control frameworks to mitigate operational risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Partner with front office, risk, and back office teams to resolve trade discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce operational risk and improve scalability.
Monitor and report on key risk indicators, trade exceptions, and operational performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal policies for trade support and collateral management.
Act as a subject matter expert for middle office processes during audits, regulatory reviews, and system upgrades.
