About The Position

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused leader to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help launch a brand-new KidStrong center, build a community of families, coach amazing kids, and grow into a leadership position. As our Assistant Manager, you'll help grow memberships, build relationships with families, coach classes, support our coaching team, and help create an incredible member experience from day one. KidStrong helps parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages crawling through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches!

You can coach a class one hour and confidently talk memberships with a parent the next.
You want to grow into a General Manager or multi-unit leadership role.
Outbound phone sales
Experience in at least one of these areas: Fitness, youth sports, education, early childhood, boutique fitness, membership sales, customer service.
Sales experience: 1-2 years
Required shifts: Mid-Day, Evening, and Weekends. A combination of coaching classes and running front-of-house.
