Requirements

  • In-depth insurance, sales, and customer service leadership experience, including PA insurance regulations and licensing requirements.
  • A current, valid PA Property & Casualty license.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working with metrics.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • A balanced approach to accountability and team support.

Responsibilities

  • Support team performance, sales goals, and service standards.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reinforcement.
  • Use data and reporting to improve results.
  • Promote strong system usage and consistent processes.
