About The Position

HGV now offers Day One Team Member Benefits! We're seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our on-site marketing teams to improve and increase bookings for Hilton Grand Vacations. This position will support the team by providing ongoing trainings to create a positive team environment, and managing the day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 1 year of supervisory and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment.
  • 1 year of timeshare marketing experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage people and scheduling for a large team.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Skilled in interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication.
  • Strong organizational skills to run multiple duties in a fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Consistent record of resolving customer service issues or owner service issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of people management experience and/or experience developing a team in a sales or marketing environment.
  • Timeshare marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish.
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and complete tactical marketing plans as set by the Senior Director of Marketing to meet or exceed tour flow.
  • Recruit, hire and train Team Members for Marketing programs.
  • Champion Hilton quality customer care values throughout all Marketing channels.
  • Maintain performance management standards, compensation plans and reporting Marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, restaurants and hotel partners to support regional needs.
  • Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production, team building and culture.
  • Mentor the Marketing team in "guest service" and "how to book tours" on a weekly basis.
