This role involves handling reservations, email correspondence, customer requests, daily office duties, VIP reservation management, F&B marketing initiatives, responding to online reviews, assembling calendars, updating websites, managing small reservations, assisting with payments, supporting events, coordinating operations between departments, distributing meeting minutes, preparing correspondence, managing payroll, distributing forecasts, maintaining reference libraries, working with IT for reporting, developing relationships with customers, and working as a team to ensure successful outcomes. The position also requires auditing and improving office systems, providing support during absences, assisting with restaurant openings, performing daily/weekly tasks, taking initiative to resolve issues, maintaining professionalism, and demonstrating enthusiasm and flexibility.
