COTA's Assistant Manager, Facilities performs professional and supervisory leadership in the management of COTA's Operations Facilities, including Transit Centers, Park-N-Rides, and Bus Stops. Under the leadership of the Manager, provides additional oversight to Facilities operational systems, external vendor performance, and assigned Facilities Management functions. Manages Facility Union staff and coordinates Facilities Operations with internal COTA stakeholders. Performs duties that advance COTA's Strategic Plan and reflect the organization's core values of safety, empowerment, accountability, teamwork, and service, and support the mission of Moving Every Life Forward.
