The Assistant Manager of EVS Services assists the EVS Manager with daily operational tasks including directing tasks and schedules of the EVS supervisors, assisting in the supervision of department staff, ensuring cleanliness and other department standards are met. Key duties of the EVS Assistant Manager include training department staff, managing supplies, conducting quality inspections including ATP and room audits, tracking and monitoring quality inspection data and updating the department safety huddle board, conducting daily safety huddles, developing and maintaining department schedules, ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures. Assistant Manager may assist the manager in developing annual budget. In addition, this position is accountable for recruiting, assigning, training and evaluating staff in partnership with the EVS Manager.
