About The Position

As the Assistant Manager, End User Programming, you will support the execution and administration of key end user programs, with a primary focus on the DEWALT loyalty program (Impact Rewards) and Preferred Provider Agreements (PPAs). This role will be responsible for day-to-day program coordination, front-line support, reporting, and administrative processes that help ensure smooth execution and strong experience for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and end users. This position is designed to provide operational support to the End User Programming team and will work closely with sales teams, internal cross-functional partners, and external vendor partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, sales support, customer support, operations, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting reporting, documentation, or process coordination preferred.
  • Experience supporting loyalty, rebate, incentive, or partnership programs.
  • Experience working with sales teams and field teams.
  • Experience working with vendor partners or external agencies.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Comfort working with data, reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day administration of the DEWALT loyalty program (Impact Rewards), including user support, account maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and standard reporting.
  • Support administration of Preferred Provider Agreements (PPAs), including tracking, documentation, status updates, routing, and responding to basic questions.
  • Serve as a front-line point of contact for end user calls and sales team inquiries related to program processes, requests, and "how-to" support.
  • Review incoming requests for completeness and accuracy, follow up on missing information, and help ensure requests are ready for review and approval.
  • Prepare standard reporting, dashboards, and reporting packages to support program visibility and decision-making.
  • Maintain organized program documentation, process guides, job aids, and support materials.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational needs with external vendor partners, as applicable.
  • Support training preparation by helping develop materials, job aids, and internal resources.
  • Escalate complex issues, exceptions, and strategic questions to the appropriate team lead.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, intake quality, and overall program execution.
