About The Position

We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Cold Outreach to lead outbound prospecting efforts and manage a team responsible for generating Sales Qualified Leads across multiple SaaS verticals. This role is suited for someone who has strong hands on experience in prospecting, cold calling, and modern outreach strategies, and who has consistently generated measurable results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold outreach, prospecting, and outbound sales
  • Strong understanding of conventional outreach methods including cold calling, lead follow ups, and qualification frameworks
  • Experience managing or mentoring SDRs, outreach agents, or sales executives
  • Ability to provide real time coaching and objection handling support during live calls
  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports and performance analysis using Excel or Power BI
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales intelligence tools, and modern outreach platforms
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of outreach agents and sales executives responsible for generating Sales Qualified Leads across multiple SaaS verticals
  • Provide real time floor support including live Q and As, objection handling, and on the spot guidance to improve outreach performance
  • Train, coach, and guide team members to improve outreach quality, lead qualification standards, and conversion outcomes
  • Oversee a mix of warm outreach, AI assisted outreach, and pure cold prospecting to ensure outreach targets are achieved
  • Manage lead allocation, follow up processes, calling workflows, and CRM hygiene to ensure proper lead movement and dispositioning
  • Maintain an active QA channel to share feedback, address issues, and support continuous improvement across the team
  • Review call quality, messaging approaches, and qualification standards to maintain high quality SQL generation
  • Track daily productivity, call performance, follow up discipline, and team KPIs
  • Monitor attendance, manage team occupancy, and ensure overall operational readiness on the floor
  • Prepare and analyze outreach performance reports using Excel and Power BI to track productivity, conversion trends, and team performance
  • Use tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Aircall, Google Voice, Apollo.io, and SalesIntel to manage outreach, calling workflows, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align outreach efforts with campaign requirements and software vertical priorities
