About The Position

A results-driven and resilient Cold Calling Specialist is needed to support outbound outreach efforts for a U.S.-based manufacturing company operating nationwide. The company specializes in commercial roofing solutions and is looking to expand its outreach by connecting with property owners across multiple states. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling to property owners, introducing services, and identifying potential opportunities. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, able to handle rejection professionally, and maintain consistent call activity throughout the day. Strong English communication skills with a neutral or near-native accent are essential, as the role requires creating the impression of a U.S.-based caller when speaking with prospects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or near-native accent .
  • Confident speaking over the phone and handling objections.
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
  • Strong attention to detail when logging information in CRM systems.
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners using a provided lead list.
  • Introduce the company’s services and engage prospects in conversation.
  • Handle objections and rejection professionally while maintaining a positive tone.
  • Identify potential interest or opportunities and relay relevant information to the internal team.
  • CRM Management & Call Logging Accurately log call activities, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Maintain up-to-date records of interactions with prospects.
  • Track call progress and ensure proper documentation of each outreach attempt.
  • Lead Follow-Up & Coordination Follow up with leads as needed based on call outcomes or instructions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of interested prospects.
  • Maintain consistency in outreach and communication efforts.
