About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The role is described as fun and flexible, with an opportunity to gain work experience and advance toward becoming a store General Manager. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and hold the crew to the same standards. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience preferred.
