About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically Shift Runners and Assistant Managers. During each shift, management team members are responsible for everything that happens, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They must set a strong example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The role provides experience and opportunities to learn the skills needed to advance to General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
