About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members as assistant managers and shift runners. Team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example by following all company policies and procedures and expecting the same from their crew. The position provides experience and opportunities to learn skills for advancement to General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
