Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of facilities and building systems maintenance, or other applicable experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliability
- Effective communication and time-management skills
Nice To Haves
- Vocational training, apprenticeship, or technical education in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Relevant technical certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems
- Assist with diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Respond to service requests and participate in rotational on-call emergency coverage
- Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and compliance records
- Follow established safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
