About The Position
The Assistant Maintenance Manager supports the smooth operation of a facility by leading maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, and developing the maintenance team. Requirements
- A four-year degree or five years of leadership experience in maintenance.
- At least three years of experience in a leadership role overseeing maintenance teams and programs.
- Experience performing maintenance on conveyors and robotics, or overseeing a team that has performed that maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead morning briefings and prioritize work orders.
- Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance issues.
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct audits.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise and develop the maintenance team.
