The role involves monitoring employee development progress and determining future training needs, ensuring open communication across all shifts. This position is also accountable for root cause analysis on road calls, identifying corrective actions for continuous improvement, and ensuring service peak availability and quality inspections are met across all shifts. Additionally, the Assistant Maintenance Manager is responsible for scheduling, diagnosing, prioritizing job assignments, and monitoring estimated repair times, as well as managing administrative requirements for maintenance.
