About The Position

The Assistant Maintenance Director will assist the Maintenance Director/Maintenance Coordinator in ensuring that all service calls, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance tickets are responded to within the appropriate timeframe (24 hours for service calls). This role requires a minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.
  • Universal CFC / EPA 608 certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Must be willing to take a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Director/Maintenance Coordinator in ensuring timely response to service calls (within 24 hours).
  • Assist in managing preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in managing corrective maintenance tickets.
