About The Position
The Assistant Maintenance Director will assist the Maintenance Director/Maintenance Coordinator in ensuring that all service calls, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance tickets are responded to in the appropriate amount of time (24 hours for service calls). The Assistant Maintenance Director shall have a minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.
Requirements
- Universal CFC / EPA 608 certification
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Must be willing to take a background check
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.
