About The Position

As an Assistant Machine Operator, you’ll help keep our machines running smoothly by supporting setup, operation, and cleanup. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Can read and understand safety instructions and production documents written in English
• Can use a tape measure accurately and consistently
• Confident using basic math for counts, measurements, and simple calculations

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, operation, and cleanup
• Monitor product quality and report issues
• Help switch roles and support the production team as needed
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Complete production and safety reports accurately
• Submit maintenance requests when needed
• Cross-train on other machines and support team flexibility
