About The Position

Assist Live Haul Manager in day-to-day management of operations. This role involves training employees, ensuring Animal Welfare Policies are enforced, and supervising live haul drivers to ensure safe driving practices and adherence to company safety policies. The position also includes monitoring the PM Program, training drivers, monitoring driver hours, ensuring DOT compliance, and administering the Drive-Cam System. The Assistant Live Haul Manager will also respond to farm catching and hauling issues and accidents, and perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Excellent technology, computer, math and analytical skills.
• 3+ years supervisory experience required.
• Current CDL, or ability to obtain license within 1 year required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor Degree in Animal or Poultry Science or other related area of study preferred.
