About The Position

Dynamic Service Solutions (DSS) is seeking compassionate professionals to join their Children First Residential Care Program. This program provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in a safe and supportive environment, aiming to help children achieve stability and family reunification. The organization partners with federal and local agencies to deliver human services, staffing, and program support nationwide. Many roles require fluency in English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Human Services, or other relevant behavioral science required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in the youth services field.
  • 1-2 years of proven supervisory experience.
  • Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Office 365).
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Nice To Haves

  • Additional degree/course work in related fields desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, or other social service field with 3 years of progressive employment experience working with adolescents or in the youth services field preferred (volunteer and internship experienced included).

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and coordinating case management, safe and timely release services, and supervising the work of other case managers ensuring timely completion of ORR requirements.
  • Interviewing and orienting new employees for the department, including teaching clear expectations and providing ongoing support.
  • Performing daily auditing using the TKPI tool to ensure electronic documentation is compliant and up-to-date.
  • Serving as the Lead of the Case Manager Department in the absence of the LCM, providing oversight in the development/implementation of policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Performing weekly audits of 10% of the program’s active case files and maintaining appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with CFRC, State, and ORR Federal guidelines.
  • Attending all organizational training and facilitating training as needed.
  • Attending all departmental and program meetings to ensure up-to-date information is received/provided and that changes to policy or practice are implemented and adhered to.
  • Keeping management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.
