About The Position

Cinergy Entertainment is seeking a dynamic, service-minded Assistant Kitchen Manager to help deliver a superior guest experience. The role supports kitchen operations and emphasizes teamwork, quality food, positive energy, and fun. The Assistant Kitchen Manager works with the General Manager and management team to develop, implement, and manage a business plan for the center; suggests improvements and collaborates with others to improve processes; builds exceptional teams through recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and continued development; and holds themselves and others accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results while developing long-term strategies to position the company competitively.

Requirements

At least 1 year of kitchen experience in a managerial role.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities.
Passion for the hospitality industry and focus on creating amazing guest experiences.
High level of business acumen and common sense.
Computer knowledge, including Excel, Windows, and POS systems.
Strong communication and listening skills, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
