Quick Snapshot Role: Assistant Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Supervisor Day Shift: 4:00 am / 6:00 am start time to 1:00 pm - $17.50-$19.50 Overnight Shift: 8:00 pm - 4:00 am - $19.50-$22.00 Experience Required: 2+ years in kitchen, bakery, or food production Leadership: Supervisory or lead experience preferred Position Overview This role sits at the center of our Sunport food and beverage operation. It helps ensure every outlet is set up each day to serve travelers food that is consistent, high-quality, and something we're proud to put our name on. The Assistant Kitchen Manager works alongside the Kitchen Manager to keep daily kitchen operations running smoothly - from production and food safety to quality control and team support. They help guide the team, hold standards, and make sure recipes are executed the right way, every time. This is a hands-on leadership role that keeps the kitchen steady, organized, and focused.
