About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening for an Assistant Ingredient Plant Manager has become available for an individual with 3+ years of food manufacturing/operations experience, in a facility near St. Johns, NC. They will oversee food processing operations and ensure facility compliance. Requirements
- 3+ years of Food Manufacturing/Processing experience within a large plant/facility
- Familiarity with Food Safety/Security procedures, FMSA/HACCP programs and GMP’s
- Experience applying Engineering Theory to improve production standards and plant efficiencies
- Experience with inventory management
- Experience conducting field studies on production equipment, process methods, production rates, etc.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food/Science or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
