About The Position

In this role, you’ll partner with the Lead Teacher to provide attentive, nurturing care while supporting each infant’s social, emotional, physical, and developmental growth. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Dependable with reliable transportation
Consent to Background screening including fingerprinting

Nice To Haves

A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred, may be obtained within 12 months of hire
A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
Prior experience as a Nanny or working with Infants in the classroom setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

Work in collaboration with and in support of the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing and interactive environment that fosters age-appropriate learning utilizing the High Scope curriculum.
