About The Position

DrinkPAK is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Assistant to greet visitors and assist with ad hoc administrative duties for HR, TA, and L&D. The position is based at DrinkPAK’s Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The position is full-time and regular.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) minimum; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as an administrator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English; fluent in Spanish preferred.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and strong ability to multi-task.
  • Strong ability in juggling multiple priorities.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information/situations and documentation.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, and have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate professional demeanor.
  • Must be a positive, proactive individual who thrives on streamlining workflow and engaging with employees, management, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
  • Punctual with strong attendance history.

Responsibilities

  • Receive deliveries and incoming mail; sort and distribute as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
  • Answer, screen, and direct all incoming communication, both telephone and electronic, to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet clients with a positive, helpful attitude and help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs including signed nondisclosure agreements.
  • Keep track of and distribute visitor badges/keycards.
  • Assist and announce clients, as necessary.
  • Prepare shipping labels and order FedEx and UPS pickups, deliveries and drop off packages when needed.
  • Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Prep conference rooms prior to HR meetings, interviews and L&D trainings with supplies and water.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in updating job postings, scheduling interviews, booking conference rooms, etc.
  • Assist the Human Resources department in conducting weekly new hire orientation, preparing new hire kits and scanning onboarding documents.
  • Preparing and sending out welcome emails for all new hires and department managers.
  • Coordinating with IT on the new user onboarding: Requesting email, Teams access, and/or laptops.
  • Ordering lunch for new hire orientation and HR meetings.
  • Support HR with benefit administration for the site during Annual Open Enrollment.
  • Promote benefit trainings, add-on benefits, and friendly reminders via our various communication channels.
  • Assist HR with data entry in Workday and other human resources systems such as onboarding, employee changes, etc.
  • Partner with HR in maintaining a weekly review of the new hire 90-day performance evaluations.
  • Running and providing monthly reports for the Marketing team on birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Maintaining and updating the HR CANdid page and the bulletin boards in each building with updated policies and announcements.
  • Assist Payroll with scanning documents such as garnishments.
  • Partner with HR in maintaining the termination report and preparing exit packets.
  • Working with IT in the offboarding process.
  • Sending out communications for HR, Payroll and L&D via various communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records for the Learning and Development Director by organizing attendance rosters and uploading required data to the Employment Training Panel (ETP).
  • Provide support to L&D on college and university visits, including booking conference rooms, coordinating calendars, preparing branded materials, and managing other logistical needs.
  • Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s and all DrinkPAK’s policies and procedures.
  • Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to HR, TA & L&D.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
