Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in human resources field with demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of human resources
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and utilize other forms of communication
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong appreciation for respecting confidentiality and sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Human Resources department
  • Provide new employee on-boarding electronically and lead the Orientation for new employees, including benefits
  • Assist in maintaining Human Resource Information System (Paycom) records and compile reports as needed
  • Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees
  • Assist with open enrollment for benefit programs
  • Keeps files and work area organized and maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data
  • Assist with recruitment process by identifying potential candidates
  • Manages time effectively and uses work plans to prioritize completing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements
  • Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple and repetitive tasks
  • Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines
  • Must be trustworthy, can be trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Skilled at using general office equipment such as phone, fax, copiers, scanners and printers
  • Team oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and uses time productively to accomplish challenging work goals
  • Develops efficient work methods
  • Any other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
