About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel Boston is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will assist in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all housekeeping functions. Assist in interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating staff. Respond to guest comments regarding housekeeping or cleanliness related issues. Conduct regular daily walk through inspections of all assigned areas; make note of discrepancies and follow-up for completion. Report and follow-up of maintenance requests, review quality of work and timeliness of repairs.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience.
