About The Position

This role is responsible for training, directing, and assisting all team members assigned to a station. The Assistant Housekeeper ensures the cleanliness of all rooms, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and storage rooms. They will inspect rooms using a room inspection report to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, evaluate team member performance, and report needed repairs. Additionally, they will complete room status reports, manage all keys, beepers, and radios, and maintain records of cleaning activities as required by the Housekeeping Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Previous experience as a Guest Room Attendant required.
• Must be personable and have the ability to embrace Station Casinos' Focus on Family culture.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining all records of cleaning activities required by the Housekeeping Manager and completing in a timely manner.
