About The Position

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and compliance with Board of Health and OSHA standards and regulations. The role oversees Team Member performance, handles Team Member and Guest opportunities, and sets schedules and job duties while maintaining appropriate staffing hours according to established service standards when the Executive Steward is absent. The supervisor works productively with their direct supervisor and peers.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule.
• Sound judgment and maturity in decision-making, including when handling difficult situations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and OSHA guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year of sanitation experience or experience in a related field is preferred.
