Assistant High School Girls Basketball Coach
About The Position
The Solon Community School District is seeking an Assistant High School Girls Basketball Coach for the 2026-2027 season. The salary for this position is determined by the District's current extra service contract salary schedule. The Athletic Coach is tasked with creating and sustaining a positive athletic atmosphere that promotes the development of student athletes' knowledge, skills, attitudes, beliefs, and sportsmanship pertinent to the sport. This role involves developing and overseeing practice and competition schedules designed to cultivate a passion for the sport and competition among student athletes. Additionally, effective communication and the ability to foster positive relationships with student athletes, parents, and the community are essential.
