About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Group Sales Operations Intern to support the group sales events on each home game in the 2026 Arizona Cardinals Football season, as well as some occasional organizational asks through the week that can be done remotely. This role will provide valuable experience in event management, coordination, and customer service within a high-energy environment. You will be involved in various aspects of pre-game planning, on-site operations, and post-event breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests on gamedays.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service or event operations and execution preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and interacting positively with clients and team members.
  • Capacity to follow instructions and work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, carry, bend, walk up and down stairs and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work at all Arizona Cardinals Football Club home games at State Farm Stadium.
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ
  • Flexibility to work additional evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with flag football field setup and breakdown, including placing equipment and ensuring fields are ready for play.
  • Support participant check-in by greeting families, verifying waivers, and distributing wristbands to children.
  • Assist on all pre-game activities such as the flag presentations, dance/band group performances, and more.
  • Assist with all hospitality operational tasks, including guest services, catering coordination, and ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to facilitate seamless integration of pre-game events.
  • Provide on-site support during in-game activities to ensure all elements run smoothly and according to plan.
  • Act as a liaison with group sales clients to address any special requests or requirements that will be reported to the Senior Coordinator, Premium and Group Events.
  • Assist with post-event breakdown, including the removal and storage of event materials, hospitality signage, and more.
  • Additional duties or projects as assigned.
