About The Position

The Assistant Grocery Manager is a key leader who helps keep the store operating smoothly and efficiently. The role supports the Assistant Store Director in overseeing daily operations across Grocery, Frozen, Dairy, and Liquor/Beer departments, and helps lead, train, and inspire the team. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining fully stocked and attractively merchandised shelves, and leading the store when senior leadership is absent. The position contributes to a seamless customer shopping experience and offers opportunities to develop leadership skills and connect with the team and community.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior experience leading others.
• Have or be willing to obtain certifications as required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills and experiences.
• A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively.
• Act with integrity, pride, and passion.

Responsibilities
