About The Position

Baltimore Country Club is looking for a friendly and energetic Assistant Golf Merchandiser to join our Golf Services team at our Lutherville-Timonium location. This role is responsible for assisting the Merchandising Manager with all merchandising aspects of the BCC golf services operation while providing exceptional service to members and guests. The position involves maintaining a clean and crisp presentation of the golf shop, receiving, tagging, pricing, and displaying merchandise, promoting sales and trunk shows, placing orders and processing sales, and maintaining a professional presence in the golf shop. The Assistant Golf Merchandiser will be an important part of each golfer's experience, greeting them with a smile and going the extra mile whenever possible. The company emphasizes being in the memory-making business, where staff are educated and empowered to make BCC a favorite place for Members, Guests, and fellow staff members.
