About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team! The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent will support the daily operations and maintenance of our championship golf course. This leadership role assists in planning, scheduling, and supervising maintenance activities, managing staff, ensuring course conditioning standards, and supporting safety, irrigation, and environmental programs.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant or Soil Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of golf course maintenance experience.
• Florida Commercial Ornamental & Turf pesticide license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations and maintenance of our championship golf course.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervising maintenance activities.
• Manage staff.
• Ensure course conditioning standards.
• Support safety, irrigation, and environmental programs.
