The Hills is seeking a full-time Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join the Agronomy Department beginning May 2026. The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for supporting the overall maintenance of the golf course and related equipment. The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent will oversee site supervision, scheduling, and project management including tracking project schedule, managing subcontractor milestones, responding to client inquiries/changes in a timely basis. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
