About The Position
Assist the head coach in developing and supporting the high school girls wrestling program. Responsibilities include helping plan and lead practices, teaching fundamental techniques and match strategy, assisting with meet preparation and coaching during competitions, and promoting discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork. The assistant coach also helps monitor athlete development, ensures safety and proper weight management practices, and fosters a positive, inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- Experience in wrestling or coaching
- Knowledge of wrestling techniques and strategy
