About The Position

Join the team at the Moxy Hotel & Residence Inn Portland Thompson’s Point, a brand-new dual-branded Marriott hotel bringing fresh energy, style, and hospitality to one of Portland’s most exciting waterfront destinations, newly opened in July 2026. As home to the first Moxy hotel in Northern New England, this is a chance to be part of something new from the very beginning — welcoming guests to a vibrant stay steps from Thompson’s Point’s concerts, events, dining, and culture. As Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, coach and develop associates, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards across every department. This is not a desk job—our leaders are visible, engaged, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support their teams and guests. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy developing people, and are ready to grow your career with a company that's expanding, we'd love to meet you.
