Assistant General Manager
About The Position
Grande Colonial is hiring an Assistant General Manager to assist with overseeing all company operations and guest service. This role directly manages aspects of Hotel Operations, including check-in and checkout, reservations, bell stand, valet parking operations, and housekeeping services. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that guest service meets or exceeds guest expectations throughout the company. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will assist with revenue management by managing rates and inventory for transient segments in line with company revenue goals. The company is looking for a hardworking team player with a sincere desire to serve, a great attitude, and a commitment to hospitality. Requirements
- Three to five years of related experience in a hotel setting required.

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with Infor HMS, Revinate, Duetto, and/or SynXis highly desirable.
