This role directly manages aspects of Hotel Operations, including check-in and checkout, reservations, bell stand, valet parking operations, and housekeeping services. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for ensuring that guest service meets or exceeds guest expectations throughout the company. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will assist with revenue management by managing rates and inventory for transient segments in line with company revenue goals.
