About The Position

Jet's Pizza is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead team members, and ensure every customer has a great experience.

Requirements

Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Food safety certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
Lead, motivate, and develop team members to provide outstanding customer service.
Help recruit, train, coach, and retain employees.
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
Manage labor, scheduling, and daily staffing needs.
Monitor inventory, food costs, and product ordering.
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and health department regulations.
Open and close the restaurant as needed.
Support sales growth through operational excellence and community involvement.
