About The Position

We’re hiring a kitchen-focused Assistant General Manager (AGM) who likes staying busy, leads from the line, and takes pride in running a clean, fast, high-functioning kitchen. This role is for someone who can hold food quality, speed, and COGS to a high standard, while training a team to keep it that way every shift. If you like working hard, keeping things dialed, and being the person others rely on when it’s slammed - you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

• 2+ years of kitchen or restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Must be 21+
• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• Leading the store on your shifts - setting the pace and the standard
• Training and developing teammates
• Managing inventory, ordering, and product levels
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Tracking prep, waste, and food consistency
• Supporting scheduling and shift coverage
• Jumping in wherever needed - we all pitch in
